Where to start? This book was so good! I loved it! I've been in a bit of a reading slump, but this book was definitely a page turner, I couldn't put it down! Since this is going to be spoiler free, it's honestly hard to pinpoint anything, but just everything was crazy! You'd think since Katniss describes his games from her point of view, you've had enough, but Suzanne adds so much to the story! If anyone had a doubt President Snow was evil before, they should definitely know now.
It's crazy how much Suzanne can make you care about a person you know is going to die (not a spoiler, it's the Hunger Games, we know they're going to die)
Lots of people are saying that Suzanne is going to write another book and have a prequel trilogy. I would love that, it would be so cool! Many people are saying how they want Finnick's games, so we can meet more of the tributes shown in Catching Fire. I remember seeing someone's comment that said a book where it's first person, from each tribute and slowly they get picked off, until you find out who the victor is. Another one said they wanted the first Hunger Games. I think that would be a cool combo, putting those two together.
Also, here's a spoiler-free summary: Sunrise on the Reaping is about Haymitch's games. Haymitch wins. That's it, there is so much added to make a whole new story, that makes you still wonder what is going to happen next. This book is 100% FIVE STARS. It's so good, if you haven't read Hunger Games, read those first, then read this. Here's the order you should read it.
Hunger Games
Catching Fire
Mockingjay
Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes
Sunrise on the Reaping
Even though BoSS is technically a prequel as is SotR, definitely read those after.
I honestly don't know how I would rank them, they're all so good! I am currently re-reading the Hunger Games, so I will try to post a review for it once I finish.
